Telltale Signs of Phishing:

Check the sender's email address carefully. Attackers often manipulate email addresses to closely resemble those of legitimate organisations.

Unexpected or convincing-looking emails
Be wary of emails that arrive out of the blue, even if they seem official. Attackers often use realistic names or domains that closely resemble genuine organizations to gain your trust. Always verify the sender.

Enticing offers or urgent requests
Scammers may promise prizes, rewards, or job opportunities to tempt you. Some emails also create urgency with "limited-time offer" or "respond now" to make you act quickly without verifying their legitimacy.
What to Do if you suspect Phishing:
- Do not click any links or download attachments
- Report the email to your IT security team immediately
- Verify requests through official company contacts
- Check the sender's email address carefully for misspellings
- When in doubt, ask your security team
